Review: This company continues to call my business phone lines looking for debtors that have nothing to do with me or my business. Their automated dialer contacts my business lines several times a day and is tying up my business lines so that they are unavailable for use in running my business. When I speak to their collectors on the phone and explain to them that they have reached a wrong number, I ask them to stop calling and to remove my numbers from their data bases. However, they have never done so. When they do call, they have refused to provide their names or the name and address of the company they work for. One collector finally stated that she worked for Progressive National.I believe that this companys is using several unethical and unprofessional collection methods. Frist they refuse to properly identify themselves and the company they work for. Second, their skip tracing practices are extremely flawed; they associate numbers that have nothing to do with their debtors into their automated predictive dialers. Third, they refuse to honor requests to remove wrong numbers from their data bases and dialers. I believe that this conduct violates Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and other unfair business practice laws. I would like all of my telephone numbers removed from their data bases and to have confirmation in writing that they have done so.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my telephone numbers removed from their data bases and to have confirmation in writing that they have done so.
