summer. However, just yesterday we were told Yamaha was sending us a shipment which includes a saxophone for this account. It's important to note that money paid by the customer is for rental of our alto saxophone that they currently have. As long as a customer keeps their payments current, we allow that amount to be credited toward the purchase of a new instrument. Once a customer has reached the credit amount for a new instrument and if the instrument is not available, we allow the customer to continue to use our instrument RENT FREE which means we are now losing income on an instrument. We do that because it would not be fair to penalize the customer for a manufacturer not having a product available.Again, an instrument will arrive soon for this customer and they were informed about that.We regret that we cannot handle things out of control, like availability a of product, from a manufacturer.
