The owner, Dave H***, is awful He doesn't return phone calls and doesn't show up when he is supposed to He'll stretch a 2-hour repair to days, thereby inconveniencing me to be at hand at all times, not knowing when he'll show up Don't expect an apology out of him either He'll laugh at any complaint you make to him If you want the job done in a timely manner with constant communications, call someone other than this company!

My son, who is disabled, loss the heat in his house when it was very coldHe called in the evening & Dave H*** was there the next day & made the repairThank God for his swift service .The temperature dipped to & degrees the same week of Jan, & the house was nice & warm

Review: Contracted in May 2014 to repair install A/c - heat pump. When weather turned cold heat pump did not function. Contractor stated he had neglected to "wrap up a few loose ends". After many delays and excuses and many un-returned phone calls another contractor was hired to rectify the situation. Desired Settlement: Termination of contract
