Review: Our countertop was cut and installed improperly. The sink has slipped down and leaks. They came out to "fix' it, but the problem is not fixed. They also promised to fix the other problems and to cut us a piece a quartz to fit between our kitchen and dining room to compensate for our troubles. They have not honored this promise. They now do not return phone calls. They have been paid in full for a job that is incomplete.Desired Settlement: I'd like my sink to be fitted properly. I'd also like my countertop to be properly finished with a MATCHING piece for the shelf between the dining room. I was not able to submit my claim to insurance because the kitchen is still unfinished YEARS later because of Progressive Dimensions.
