I am responding to complaint from [redacted] We did send flooring company out to fix the warranty issues with his floorAt the time he wanted scratches in floor that were not a warranty item fixed also.He was informed that he would need to pay for that part of replacement as it is not a warranty issueIt is not policy or required by warranty to fix scratches in floor that homeowner has been living in for months.There is no record on walk through list of scratches in floor prior to him closing and moving in -- Thanks!
