I purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser from Matt at Progressive Auto for $on February 9th over the internetUpon pick up and inspection at his dealership on February 9th, the passenger door handle was missings so you could not get in the car, the driver the door lock was broken so you could not lock the car and there was an obvious accident that recently happenedNone of this was noted in the automobile description or disclosedMatt said I could have my money backSo I asked for my deposit ($1000) money and additional payment ($1851) back and Matt said ok, the end of the monthI then found another Land Cruiser, requested my money earlier and he said to take it up with ***This was a reversal from what he said earlierI sent him a text asking for clarification and then he called the Police on me for making threatsSo, Matt has my money, the car, is refusing to honor his refund and is calling the police Product_Or_Service: Toyota Land Cruiser

Volvo listed on *** for $I contacted Matt before making an offer on ***I told him I was from out of state and didn't trust pictures and wanted to know if there was any body damage or interior damage I was told there was NO body damage I made an offer and gave $deposit on August 14, I purchased one way tickets to Orlando to pick up the car Upon arrival it was very obvious the car had major body damage and the interior was "redone" very amateurishly I was unhappy and stranded and Matt agreed to refund my depositWhen I contacted him after my return home he refused my deposit
