Progessive

I have been a member of Progessive insurance since 2012. During my policy Progressive has not reported my insurance to the DMV twice. The first instance was corrected by my insurance agency according to the DMV. The second instance resulted in my car being towed, $200 in fees and six business days without a vehicle. I tried reaching out to Progessive only for them to tell me they have sent by information over and there is nothing they can do but I am wondering why I have a lapse in policy according to the DMV from October 2014 to July 2015. I tried calling Progressive again and they said they already told me they are not going to do anything and it is my fault for updating my policy. Please stay clear of this company, they had no problem cashing my check for both policies and come to find out I did not legally have insurance this whole time.

Review: Progressive was suppose to take from my account, full coverage insurance payment on Dec. 13th,2013. I called and spoke with a custmier service rep. He told me it would come out at 8p.m.

It is Saturday morning and my funds are still in my account. At this time in my life I am going through my fathers death. I am seriously thinking about going back to my original car insurance provider. I have been through a lot with two different car insurance companies. I am extremely upset.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment or a refund. I am seriously thinking about a new car insurance company.
