Profound Foundation Repair

*** and his team repaired my two storey home foundation in *** I had cracks downstairs and a sloping floor, it was at least inches different in some placesWe were ok for about months, then I noticed a gap of inches between the soil and my foundation all around the house*** came back out and told me it just had to be raked back to the foundation and either I could do it or his teamI chose his team to do it, afterall I am a single mum and his team did it in the first place.Forward to spting 2015, and I noticed severe cracks on the upstairs level, sticking doors,compression fractures etc none of which were there before the workAlso downstairs, the cracks were a lot wider and scarier, and new in places than before the so called repair*** came out again,which I appreciated his quick response, but acted completely puzzled saying this had never happened to him before saying the house was risen up in the middle suggesting an under slab leakHe told me to get a hydrostatic water test, which incidentally I did before his repair, and there was no leakHe is coming out in the next few days with 'new' equipment to gain better readings, I will keep you all posted, but I am expecting *** and Profound to completely honor their warranty and make my house good again, because it is worse than before the job was done!
