This situation is tough for me as a business owner I have spent the last week working with the *** to resolve the issues After spending countless hours trying to recreate a tough, non clear situation that occurred over a long period of time, I ultimately reimbursed them for all
of the costs associated with the complaint in an amount of $ I don't completely agree with *** evaluation of the situation however, I also can't represent that Proform handled everything perfectly either Property Management is challenging and as the middle man in the situation, the manager often loses and we are in position that requires us to be perfect Its unreasonable expectation but that is the job The part that bothers me the most out of *** complaint is the accusation that we misrepresented anything, lied or even deleted things from our software (a feature that is impossible on our management software) because its just not true As a human and a business owner I value ethics and integrity more than anything I am offended and feel bullied under the complaint platform of Revdex.com and Yelp Because I agreed to pay for the costs, I assume it is ok on my complaint with the Revdex.com not to defend our side of the story in detail I am asking this as a question to the Revdex.com because I care about our reputation online If it will impact our success in this mediation, I can provide our side of the documentation, however, it felt unnecessary given that I reimbursed them, despite our difference in opinions Please advise! Thank you - I appreciate the chance to respond to complaints , even though I do not feel that is completely fair to pin this cost on us There are inherent risks in owning rental property and although *** feels very confident she has proof of us breaking the stove, none of my vendors who worked on it feel that way nor can I see it The challenge for me as a business owner as I reflected through what seemed like hundreds of touches, emails, calls, voicemails, and invoices is that it isn't clear to me that Proform is that despite significant effort, a complete willingness to be transparent along the way,
