We did not install the foam roof on the [redacted] ResidenceAttached is a proposal showing the work we did on this roof.When we were initially contacted by the [redacted] to give them a proposal we recommended replacing the existing foam roof and a new foam roof installed because of the age and neglect of the existing roofThey did not want to spend that much money as they did not know how long they would have the trailer house.We provided a less expensive option to repair and recoat the to year old foam and rolled roofingThat is why we stated in the proposal under scope of work: "Residence has an old foam roof with several recoatsPatio has rolled roofing also with several recoats."The old rolled roofing on the patio continues to crack and rupture the coating that we installedThese new cracks are the cause of their leaksAs the old rolled roofing cracks, we come out to repair the new leaksWhen we received the complaint, we went out and installed new foam roofing over the existing rolled roofing where the leaks were occurringIt rained this weekend and they had no leaks with the new foam roofing
