With regards to the complaint made, I
can tell you that the Bobcat listed for sale on Ebay was in proper working order, as fully described in the listing The buyer accepted delivery with no issues, presumably after operating the bobcat to remove it from transport and to ensure proper functionality The buyer explained to me that after delivery he put several hours on the bobcat before ever seeking any repairsThere is no telling what type of stress the buyer put the Bobcat under and whether or not those repairs were a result of his use The item was sold with no express or implied warranties whatsoever I am sorry that the buyer has had issues with the Bobcat but he bought a used piece of heavy equipment and used it prior to any repairs being neededUnfortunately, there is nothing I can do for the buyer I have spoken with my attorney as well, and am fully prepared to have any further litigation defendedThe customer believes that he can strong arm me by threatening 6-figure litigation for "lost business" yet he admits to renting a Bobcat to use in place of the one being repaired I and my company did nothing wrong and fully explained the condition of the Bobcat in the listing, which again was as-is There were no misrepresentations made in the listing

I have not filed any legal complaints yet against anyoneMy lawyer advised me to proceed with several other actions first to give the seller a chance to honor their word and pay for the repairs in good faithThere are no legal proceedings at this time
