Profit Rhino is a software company that allows contractors to use it's pricing software for their business.One can modify and add Proprietary Prices and data into their software.A company can come up with their own price books for plumbers in the field. After taking a year to enter my Prices and data into their software I Printed my book. In early Dec.or late Nov 2019 I had asked for a better Pricing from paying $189 per month. They said They could do this but would have to change to their new software which was better. At that time they stated that I could print and use my pricing on an I-phone. I said I only wanted to print my book and was not interested in using my I-Phone. I fully agreed as long as my proprietary price data was installed into that new software. They Never followed through with Promise to move my pricing. After talking to almost every person in their office they told me I couldn't print my book but use it on i-phone only. I reluctantly said OK . They were going to transfer my tasks asap but never did .This was going on since early Dec.or late November I have terminated any relations with this rip off company.I feel they are dishonest and unethical . I would like a refund for Dec and Jan $ 189. each month. I think that small businesses should be warned about their predatory practices.
