I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoken with my [redacted] and he has notified Christus of his mistake in performing a procedure I specifically declined. Christus'  response is a misrepresentation of the facts they have on hand. If they are concerned with breach of contract with [redacted] they can ackowledge the error to [redacted] and return the reimbursement.
I find it unfortunate that Christus is chosing to do what they can get away with rather than what is right.
