I chose this company over another even after the previous negative revive , as they were in business for yrs and claimed they had experience with Persian rugs
I was too shocked when the carpet was delivered,though the tassels were clean the rest of the carpet smelled musty and a few of the tassels were cutMy carpet was delivered yesterday and I am writing this review todayUnfortunately Mr*** is abrupt and discourteous and is not willing to listen to anyone's opinion but his ownThe stains on the binding were not removedFortunately we know what a good job is as we have had our carpets washed and repaired in ***I thought I had done my due diligence by shortlisting this company and putting my full faith in themExtremely disappointedA note of advice please don't take someone's lady like manner for a weaker standAlso when you roll up a carpet do not do it with scotch tapeI need my sofas to be cleaned as well as other carpets, but I guess my business is not important

Angelo's cleaned my couch a couple of weeks ago The couch is in the den and not used muchHowever, when I sat on it a few days later, the seat of the couch still felt dampThe weather was warm so I though that it would take a few more days to dry and even put a fan in the room to speed up the process but it didn't helpI should have called Angelo's then but I am busy and just didn't have time
It has been two weeks since the couch was cleaned and it still feels damp or cold so I called Angelo's today to find out if they had any explanation He basically told I should have called back within days and since I didn't he would not do anything about it and promptly hung up on meHow unprofessional and rudeI wasn't asking for a refund just what would cause the couch not to dryI would never use this company again
