This Professor Richard Silvers operation is a scam He has and continues to send out information Senior citizens of this country are being taken advantage of His efforts to get the $for risk free refunds, have and do not occur My father a very religious man scammed $135,is/was miss led in believing he could win $590,000,largest,least for $40,000,for his grandchildren and great grandchildren cost him his home,lost his wife and his youngest son due to the stress of them trying to not get my father to participate He and his family have/are living below poverty level and the devastation caused loss of home and property The accountability for this scam should be brought into the legal forum forced to pay the monies for refunding and paid promises obligated in court
