This complaint filed with the Revdex.com....is ridicules.. We were in constant contact with the client. We  would have been happily to resolve the issue if she had been honest with us.....The bottom line is that our website is complete with the information needed.. We had directed...

her to the website from the start.. We had contacted her numerous times to confirm her 9 hour room reservation... We can not force people to read the rules and the written expectations. The fact that this complaint was made in the manner it was made gives me pause. People need to be responsible  especially when making  a business room reservation for which we had cleared for her 9 hour conference that she never showed for and never contacted us in any regard what so ever.. We have called her 4 times and left messages... Only when she discovered the debit to her credit card did she call us with a ridicules excuse... And knowing that within the 3 day period for which she checked her credit card account...KNOWINGLY  that the credit card would be debited.... We were happy to help in anyway possible even credited her for her next conference.......... ALL in all this is why small businesses get pushed around needlessly because of stupid complaints for irresponsibility  by customers with no respect for the business owners who work very hard to keep things going.... AND for your information and your STATUS nonsense upon our company....(Professor Java's Coffee Sanctuary....We had credited her credit card....and of COURSE SHE WOULD NEVER TELL YOU THAT... her only drive is to try to ruin a perfect 20 year business reputation in this community........ Please let her know....as she already knows to check her online statement...!!!!!! It would be nice if people would inform you guys...better yet maybe you should ask these people who complain if the  issue was resolved..!!!!! Secondly, there was know possible way to answer this complaint via email....unless I missed it....
