damage.Before April 4th 2016, the customer's unit was successfully and functionally installed for over four years without any issue related to the damage that incurred. The home was assessed on April 8th 2016 and the customer's system was completely repaired on April 14th of 2016 at no charge to the customer.
As a fourth generation, family owned business we have been serving the tri-state area for over forty years. We take pride in the quality of our equipment and the quality of our installation, service and response time. Professional Water Services, Inc. primary goal is to achieve absolute customer satisfaction. While we understand that some prized personal items like baseball cards cannot be replaced, we are currently working with the customer to address their losses.

The service we received was excellent and the salesman was very considerate. The Rainsoft system works amazing. Believe it or not it is actually making our skin softer and we have already cut back on the soap products. Its truly amazing what clean, pure water can do and puts us at ease knowing whats going in our bodies.

We are happy with our Rain-soft Water Filtration System. My husband and I joke that we have become "water snobs" because we enjoy the taste of the water so much. It tastes as good as bottled water, if not better and we have the comfort of it always being provided in our home.
Our salesman was extremely thorough and never once did I feel the high-pressure pitch you get often when salesman come into your home. Our bath and shower water does not stain our tub like the old water, and I feel better bathing my children at night. We also are happy with the Soap Products package, as well, and with the exception of baby soap and tear free shampoo for the kids, we use that exclusively. My kids have sensitive skin and after bathing them they no longer have bumpy or irritated. We've notice how softer their skin has become specifically using the water and the soap products, and we are very happy about that. I have been recommending they system to many people since we have gotten ours. We truly feel this was a great investment with our money. Also I appreciate Professional Water Service flexibility and affordability in making this water system something we could put into our home and not feel overwhelmed and stressed.

We had a wonderful experience with purchasing the Rainsoft Water Treatment system. We are so pleased with the quality and performance of the Rainsoft system. My hands have gotten increasingly better and better, softer and softer. The water just tastes so much more refreshing.

The Rainsoft system we have does wonders. I have to admit that some of the claims they made about what pure water could accomplish left me rather skeptical until I saw the proof. It all sounded like another sales pitch, but I found all those things were true. Laundry can be done with a fraction of the detergent and the dishes get cleaner looking and leave no water marks. All the soap in the house is lasting so much longer than it ever had before. I am truly amazed with this system, love love love it.

We have only had our system for less than thirty days and we love it!!! We have already saved on soap. This is in this dishwasher, clothes washer, and shower. I have always had dry skin, what a difference, no more itching. And my husbands harsh beard is so much easier to trim. We would recommend this to everyone and anyone!
