I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Professional Roofing Services came out to my home yesterday Thursday the 23rd, 2016 and installed a roof vent, because of the moisture that was found per [redacted].  They also wiped off the drips that occurred on my ceiling. but the stains have remained.  I wanted to have them paint my ceiling, but [redacted] said to wait as they would monitor the roof and ceiling for a couple of months to see if the dripping returns.  I  also still haven’t seen a roofing permit from Professional Roofing Services from the City of [redacted].  And I am still expecting a re-imbersement in  the amount of $400.00 that I paid to [redacted] for their  report;  because my problem was ignored by Professional Roofing Services.
