Professional Restoration

We were extremely lucky to find Professional Restoration to come and save us. Because of the bitter cold, we had a water pipe burst in our basement. They came within thirty minutes of calling them, started drying, got the entire carpet and other affected flooring up immediately, and still managed to make sure the majority of our furniture and stuff was lifted up and away from the existing water. They worked until 9pm the first night and put in a full 8 hours the following day. They set up all their equipment to complete the drying process and came back every day to check on everything until it was completely dry.
This was my first time having to deal with something like this involving my home. Their point man/foreman (*** made it incredibly easy on the business side. He even came back when my insurance adjuster came over because he wanted to represent me and make sure everything went smoothly.
We are extremely impressed with them and I can’t say enough positive about them, from a work standpoint and also from a business standpoint. If anyone in a similar situation needs help, I can’t recommend them enough.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. From beginning to end it was the best experience I've ever had. We had a significant amount of hail damage to our home, garage, and dock. They inspected everything, worked closely with the adjuster and insurance company, and their crew that completed the work was quick and thorough.
