Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response of the Business TripAngle, not of the condo owner herselfThe owner of the condo did respond to me promptly and in fact refund meThe business of TripAngle on the other hand has obviously been fictitious in their responseI did not curse or yell at him in any wayNeither have I had any contact with any other staffI did however state that I am not speaking to him in regards to my complaint and that it will go through the Revdex.comThe conversation lasted less than a minuteAs my phone records can proveThe owner herself told me she had problems with TripAngleI will not comment on the rest since it is heresay and I do not have proof of what is saidSo I decided not to deal with TripAngle further regarding this matter and leave it up to the Revdex.comI do have my refund as agreed on the agreementI never received proof that payments were to be canceled by TripAngleSuch as a cancellation confirmation number of sortsUntil I filed my complaint I never had any call from TripAngleI filed my complaint to let there be a history established with this companyThe condo owner was very apologetic and helped me greatlyI commend her for thatTripAngle on the other hand should be investigated further for any other problems of the pastI do not want the problems I have had with this company to happen to any other personI find it disgraceful that he lied on his response concerning our conversationI flatly refused to speak to him, hung up, and not one curse word was mentionedAs I have said before, I have had no other contact with any other staff of hisI did not even know there were other staff availableI do hope that this complain is made publicI know that TripAngle with do their best to defend themselves in order to not lose business, but this way of business is exactly the reason they lost mineI plead with anyone who wishes to do business with them, please look at their references, comments, as well as any past complaints of their clientsThat is how I found out about them myself Regards, [redacted] ***
