of Professional PC Services built a website for me, hosted it and did SEO work. He recently told me my site needed to be updated and quoted me a price to do so ($1200 plus $75 for a template). I paid half up front. Suddenly my site crashed, my emails didn't work. *** told me he would have my emails back up in an hour, they were down for several days. I then found out he lost all of my old sites content, had no back up of it and everything I had previously paid for was just gone. I still wanted to give him a chance to fix things. He built a new website quickly but it wasn't even as good as the old one which he recently told me was "a piece of ***". The "new" site has content that is incorrect and some in another language. It does not look complete at all. Now he is demanding I pay the other half plus charges he has added. Here's the kicker this whole time I worked with him he had me believing I was in complete control over my domain names which I had before I started working with him. At some point control of my domains was taken from me and now he is threatening to sell them if I don't pay for an incomplete website that looks horrible. He has taken over not only my domain names but my Google Business account where he has marked my business permanently closed and changed the phone number to his. He is holding years worth of my content for my business hostage.
