Review: The siding guy hit a line on our outside A/C unit(presumably the Freon part) by accident when he was installing. He came by unexpectedly that evening with an AC repairman that was related to him in some manner and it was "fixed" that same day (12/13). However it was bitterly cold that week so we didn't run the AC until today (12/20) and discovered that it doesn't cool at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my AC fixed correctly and with no money leaving my pockets

Professional Patios & Screenrooms, Inc. did know the customer had a situation until Saturday, December 21, 2013. Customer's wife had called our office on Friday evening, December 20, 2013 after business hours at 7:30 pm and left a message stating, "our a/c was cooling yesterday but seems not to be working correctly because it is blowing warm air could you please contact us about this". Customer was contacted Saturday, December 21, 2013 and another a/c repairman was sent out on Monday morning , December 23, 2013 (did not attempt to go over the weekend because of bad weather) and the a/c situation was corrected at no expense to home owner. Professional Patios & Screenrooms, Inc. had no idea that a complaint had been filed with the Revdex.com until we recieved the complaint in the mail at 2:00 pm on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2013. In response a letter was faxed that evening, December 24, 2013, to the Revdex.com informing them that the situation had already been taken care of and at no out of pocket expenses to the customer. Professional Patios & Screenrooms, Inc. is not sure why customer posted the complaint to the Revdex.com at 10:00 pm on December 20, 2013 without actually speaking to us but was able to resove the situation immediately.
