complete fabricated story.  The complainant was upset that his vehicle was towed for a valid reason and threatened several times in his phone conversations that he would do whatever it took to not pay or get his money back.  When the complainant walked out to find the driver at the vehicle, the driver had not even gained entry to the vehicle yet.  Once the complainant said he did not have the $44.00 for a drop fee, the driver continued with gaining entry to the vehicle and putting the vehicle in neutral to make it safe to tow.  There was very little interaction between the 2 men.  This story is completely fabricated and it's unfortunate that someone is able to make up negative stories to try and belittle our companies reputation.
