To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in regard to a complaint that was made by one of our patient's Mr*** ***Mr*** states that he was unaware of any co-pay that was due when he received his supplies however; every delivery ticket that he received a copy of clearly shows the
amount due from the patientif the patient is willing to sign a Release of Information copies of the delivery tickets that the patient signed can be forwarded to the appropriate personMr***'s co-payment would be the same with any durable medical equipment company in this area since Medicare has its own fee schedule that every company would have to followMedicare only pays 80% of the allowable charge and the patient is responsible for the 20% not coveredThis was explained to the patient when he received supplies and the patient opted for us to bill him this amount instead of paying at time of serviceIf additional information is needed please do not hesitate to contact our office

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never told I had to pay nor was I informed about a payment or a credit charge. I was never ask for a payment at the time of services. so this complaint is valid. Have them prove that I was given a bill that I had to sign that had numbers of how much plus my payment listed as you will see there was not amount list on what I have signed. so how am I suppose to know or even told to pay such amount. if they try to copy and paste this will be statues for lawsuit to this company.
