We believed PMA would help us fulfill our orders as we were expecting a great deal in a short period of time. This was a terrible mistake. They sent our glass products out with one small piece of kraft paper as padding, and as a result, over 400 orders broke. It was a complete disaster. We had angry customers, and hundreds of phone calls. In addition, PMA barely acknowledged the problem and threw the whole thing back on us. They told us our packages were reviewed by an "expert" and that some breakage was acceptable. 1% in fact. However, in 2000 orders over 400 orders is well above 1%. We took the fulfillment back in house and have only had 5 broken orders in 3000. We were never offered any discount or compensation for our loss or the damage to our company. We would never reccomend this company to anyone
