We do not want to go back and forth.At no time was any issue brought up to the entertainers.If I had a party going on and had an issue I would have brought it up to the performers right away.The performers had parties after and parties on Sunday, all parents loved the entertainment.The only thing we can offer to resolve the situation is a free hour party package.Aside from that, we cannot offer anything else

show was complete.The radio is a Bose system with an touch ipodThat day because it was extremely windy, the ipod was switching songs.With regard to the bubbles, we switched from a bubble machine to a large inch bubble wand that makes hundred or bubbles and can also make large bubbles.We did this to expand the amount of magic we can bring.We have had great feedback on the new wands.Again, we provided everything on the contractThe kids were happyGrandma and Dad were happy. The entertainers got tipThey said everyone had a great time.We are not sure why mom has a chip on her shoulderBut we wish her well and we stand by our show

Review: When we initially booked our party with a representative on the phone, we scheduled the entertainment to arrive at 3pm. It was not explained to me at that time that there was a 30 minute window, but assured me they would arrive promptly at 3pm. However, when I received the contract it said they'd be there between 3pm-3:30pm. When I called, the representative assured me that entertainment would show up at 3pm. Just to be safe, I tried to change the time to 2:45pm but they didn't have that time available. (That should've been a clue that they booked the parties too close together.) On the day of the party, the entertainment didn't show up and get started until 4pm! As it states on the contract, my daughter's party was scheduled from 2:30pm to 4:30pm and the entrainment was to perform for 90 minutes (from 3pm to 4:30pm). Because they didn't show up until 4pm, we had to have them stop 60 minutes early. I've called the company five times requesting a refund, as is allowed in their contract for unforeseen events such as traffic that delay their service. Every time I call I'm told that the manager will call me back, which he has never done. The fifth time I called I talked with [redacted] and he was very rude, saying that it's not the company's responsibility to provide a refund, but the performer's. Therefore, he promised that as soon as the performer's refunded him the money paid to them by his company then he will pay me back. I have yet to hear back from him. In addition, the contract was made with the company, not with the individual performers. So the refund is the company's responsibility, not the performers.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $410 as promised in contract if there is "a failure to perform as a result of sickness, accidents, traffic, riot, strike, act of God, or any other condition beyond the Company's control which reasonably prevents the Company's performance. In such event, the Customer shall be entitled only to a full refund of all sums paid."

Review: I hired Professional Kids entertainment for my daughters 8th birthday party. I gave $100 CC deposit and was told it would be $145 to be paid to the people when they arrive that day in cash and that I should give a $50 cash tip. The services I was told I would get was stated below...

The entertainers were not professional at all. They lacked energy and hardly interacted with the kids. There was no commercial bubble machine that makes 100's of bubbles - they came with a plastic wand from a drugstore that had a stick the "magician" blew and made hardly any bubbles.

The Bose System with iPod with hundreds of Kids Songs and Character themed music - this never happened they couldn't get it to work properly and kept cutting out and they laughed like it was funny because when it did work for a few minutes it played toddler music and music from another language.

The interactive games was one hot potato game with cut out music, tug of war and limbo (with no music).

Lots of Magic Tricks & Illusions - They did 2 tricks and performance was more for 2 year olds then 8 year olds.

I paid a total of $295.00 for a service that was not fully delivered. The owner had one of the performers call me to discuss and I am not sure how that helped because all she did was make excuses as to why these things happened and I have yet to hear from this company again. I also have the whole event on camera and will take this to small claims court if I need to.Desired Settlement: I would like a 50% refund due to the promised services not being fully delivered.

Review: On March [redacted] 2014, professional Kids as per my Party agreement we're suppose to entertain for two hours. From 5PM-7PM. Contract states the arrival time of the entertainment shall be between 5pm and 5:15, my entertainment showed up at 5:28. My package encluded two hour clown entertainment, a crowning ceremony, face painting, a live magic show, balloon animals, and a bubble show. My package also included a character of my choice . First off, the bubble show never happened because the bubble machine didn't work. And second my character never showed up. After asking the female entertainer over times when the character was coming, she kept telling me the [redacted] said he will be here in 5 minutes. My contract had specific directions for the character to be there to give my son his gifts. My party was over at 7:30PM and in walks my character at 7:44PM as we care cleaning up. The man who was suppose to pose as my character apologized, he told myself and my husband that they were late because they were scheduled for a party in manhattan at the same time my party was scheduled and traffic was heavy coming to queens. So instead of the boss telling me the character would be there in 5 minutes, he should have just told me unfortunately the character can't make it this was I could have wrapped my party up and sent my kids and guest home on time which was 7PM. My guest and I waited there until after 7:30 for the character to show because we were constantly told that they were either outside or five minutes away, mind you at this point all the kids were gone, the two entertainers who were present were long gone, and $360 plus my $80 tip was down the drain. I called several times, I was told I would be called back, no one ever contacted me back. I sent several emails, no response. I finally did speak to someone named [redacted] whom was very and I mean very disrespectful to both myself and my grandparents. He told me that they fulfilled the contract, I wasn't getting my money back, and I was lucky they showed up at all. He was loud, obnoxious, he had absolutely no customer service skills what so ever, he told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. When I tried calling back no one answered.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. If not all then half. What a complete embarrassment and waste of time. I had to pay a $30 late fee towards the room because they continued to give false information about how far away the entertainment was and when they would arrive. They were very unprofessional and my contract was NOT fulfilled if I agreed to two hours between 5pm and 7pm and they arrive at 7:44pm! After the party, when everything is cleaned up mad everyone except 5 kids whom were my brothers were still present. Absolutely unexceptable. They ignore your calls and emails. But they take your money with no problem!

Review: Professional kids entertainment was supposed to be at my party between 3:30-4 and did not show until 4:50. My contract stated that I would have a bubble show and there was no bubble show. My contract also stated that I had one request and that was to play the Mickey Mouse "hot dog dance" which I was told the girl did not have it on her iPod. Also after arriving extra late, they told me they couldn't start until they received payment meanwhile my party was almost ending and I was in the middle of cutting the birthday cake. Far from professional!Desired Settlement: I was unsatisfied and due to the fact that they did my go back contract I think it's only fair I get some sort of refund

Review: On Monday May, **, 2015, I received a missed phone call from [redacted] which is the same company known as "[redacted]. I called the number ###-###-#### and a representative answered insisting we review the itinerary for my daughter's first birthday party which is being held on Saturday May **, 2015. I informed the woman that I received a coupon from her company for 10% off and that I'd like to use it. She stated, no you cannot use the coupon for existing reservations. I informed the representative that the coupon did not mention an expiration date nor did it have an aster with terms and conditions. She placed me on a brief hold to ask a supervisor. The [redacted] who happened to be the [redacted] takes the call and says absolutely not! I asked him who I was speaking with he stated his name was [redacted]. I asked him if he was the manager and he corrected me and said he was the [redacted]. He went on to say, “If I do it for you I have to do it for every mother.” I informed him that his advertisement was misleading and that he should honor the coupon. I told him that he should review the coupon that his company is mailing out because it is misleading. He became infuriated and ended the call. Moments later a woman called asking to speak to [redacted].. I told her my name was [redacted] with an “*”. She placed me on hold and I heard a male’s voice shouting, “Your party is cancelled! I not do business with people like you". My response was, “my party is not cancelled but your services with me are.” I am your client and this is how you treat me because I brought something to your attention. Is this how you talk to a woman? He became irate and said he would refund my one hundred dollar party that his company is not working my event. I thought he was being extremely rude and I informed him that I would report him for misleading advertisement. He stated I would have a full refund. Moments later I received an email stating I had cancelled my party and because I cancelled there is no refund. I quickly emailed back stating the cancellation came directly from [redacted] the [redacted] and has per our conversation I would receive a full refund since he cancelled the entertainment services.Desired Settlement: The desired outcoume would be to refund my credit card and to have the Revdex.com review the company's advertisements.

I would like the [redacted] to review to send a written apology for being disrespectful during the phone call, canceling the entertainment five days before the party and causing emotional distress over a 10% off coupon.

Review: I hired Professional Kids Entertainment ([redacted]). They were supposed to show up at my daughter's second birthday at a private club in Brooklyn NY on Saturday September **, 2014. The contract stated that I would have 2 characters arrive between 4:30 and 5:00. The characters were Elmo & Big Bird. They would arrive and do a meet and greet and bring sesame street music to dance to. Well they did not show up until almost 6PM, as which time one of the characters proceeded to tell me he needed to eat food off the food truck I hired and paid for before he could start. I expressed my timing concern as the cake was supposed to be served at 6, so we were already behind schedule and people were going to leave soon. He proceeded to eat the food I was paying for and made us wait even longer. I had to pay them an additional $290 cash before they would perform. This was in addition to the $100 deposit I paid. So in total they cost $390. They finally came out at 6:15 and the costumes were old and dirty and big birds nose was all bent out of shape. My 2 year old daughter proceeded to cry as she was afaid of them. At other parties she is not afaid of characters. They tried to play music and dance around with the kids, but they plugged their phones into the speakers and the phone continued to ring rather than play music. They did not entertain the children at all and the children wanted nothing to do with them. Elmo kept grabbing his head as it was falling off. The whole thing was a mess. I called the company 2 times and I emailed them 2 times. One time I was yol a manager would call me back, no one did. The other time they hing up on me after putting me on hold. Neither of my emails were answered. This company should be put put of business. I am seeking a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as the terms of my contract were not met and the products were falsely advertised.

Review: I hired Professional Kids Entertainment for my daughter's [redacted] birthday party which was this past Sunday October [redacted]. We signed the contract for a magician to do a magic show, games, face painting and cotton candy and then added a character appearance from Doc MCStuffins. My daughter's favorite show. She has been talking about Doc coming to her party for the past month and all of her friends were so excited because they all knew she was coming. Well the magicians were an hour and a half late for the party then they decided to tell me that they did not have the Doc costume with them so we called the office and they said they were sending someone and they would be here in 30 minutes with it. Well 30 minutes went by and no Doc, and hour went by and no doc. I called and again and the manager said that they were on their way and would be there in 20 minutes. Well the 4 hour party was now over and Doc still never showed up, my daughter was crying all the kids (30 of them) were all yelling for Doc and there was no Doc to be found. [redacted] was so rude and said what do you want me to tell you. Just keep $100 then and he was so rude. My contract said that she would be there and my daughter is 4 years old. She should not have to be upset on her birthday becaue a company can not oblige by their contracts. It is sad that my daughter has to feel this way because of this company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send Doc McStuffins to my house one day when my daughter is home to make up for it. They ruined her birthday and every day she asks for Doc to come. It is the least they can do since they messed up her birthday party.

Review: I booked for services on 10/**/2014 the following businuess day I found out the location was no longer available for rent so I called to cancel the clown services on Monday 10/**/14 which happened to be the next businuess day. This company wanted to charge me 100.00 for canceling aIrhough I called to cancel the next day. I asked to speak to a [redacted] and the customer service rep was really nasty and stated the [redacted] will call me back . The following day I called again and asked to speak to an [redacted] and I was told that the [redacted] was busy in meetings all day. The same day I get an email stating I won't be refunded my money. You mean to tell me I just got scammed in a matter of 1 day. Aside they stated on the day of the event I should tip the clown 70.00 cash for his services, I thought this is what I was paying the company for , for the services.Desired Settlement: I want my Full $200.00 back

Review: It pains me to do this because I don’t like writing negative reviews but I have to do it with this company. I booked a package with this company because I had previously done so and really liked the entertainers. This time around I had a negative experience. The entertainers themselves were not bad at all. As a matter of fact, really sweet and apologetic for the service I was receiving from management. Unfortunately, the entertainers were stuck in traffic and arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled time. When I booked the party, I wanted to have [redacted] and the two princess come to the party. They stated the only way this could be done was if I paid $225 but that one of the princesses would have to leave a little early. I stated that if I’m paying $225 extra then if all of them could stay the entire hour and a half. They agreed but low and behold [redacted] left early. Also, they didn’t tell the performers that the magician was supposed to change into an [redacted] costume once the magic show was over. When I asked what was going on since they were packing up to leave, they pulled out my contract and stated that it wasn’t on my contract. I told them that on that contract or not, I had discussed with [redacted] from beginning to end and all 3 characters were supposed to be there. If it wasn’t a part of the contract then why did I pay $225 for the extra character? They called the [redacted] and asked me to call him as well. Not once did he apologize and when I asked him to please contact [redacted] because she was the person that I had arranged package with, he stated he would try to get in touch with her and give me a call back. I asked him to please give me a call whether he got in touch with her or not. He did not call me back AT ALL. This was extremely disappointing because the birthday boy’s favorite character was [redacted]. The following day I call back and [redacted] picks up the call and when I tell her that I was disappointed she had no idea about any of the issues that I discussed with [redacted]. She kept telling me that it wasn’t on the contract that I signed and if I wanted, she could resend it, which she promptly did. First of all, the quote that you receive and the contract are sent to you via a link. Once you sign a contract with them, the quote and the contract are not accessible to you via the link. I am upset with myself for trusting them due to having booked a previous party with them so I did not print the quote nor the contract when I originally received them. Again, being that the link isn’t active to you and you sign the contract electronically who knows how they edit it after. [redacted] and the two princesses were definitely a part of the package because that is the whole reason why I paid the extra amount, for the third character. I asked her “[redacted], I spoke to you the entire time so you are aware of my booking, can you honestly tell me that [redacted] wasn’t included in the package due to the extra fees I paid?” Her response was it’s not in the contract that you signed. It appears that they’re used to giving this response to customers. I told her that this manner of doing business is unacceptable, that she was fully aware of our arrangement, she stated that she would talk to [redacted] the [redacted] and ask him to call me back. I asked for a time frame because he left me waiting for a return call yesterday she said I can’t give you a time frame because I don’t have one. I guess the [redacted] strolls in whenever he wants. I stated fair enough but I would really appreciate he contact me asap. I am still waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of entire package. 1. I was promised a Character who did not show 2. They arrived late 3. One of the characters left early 4. Horrible customer service/complaint resolution

Review: My initial conversation, when $100 deposit was made, left me with a balance of $325. The service included 2 clowns, 1 character, and 1 snow cone machine with operator to provide to guest for the 1 1/2 hour time frame that was being paid for. I was told the balance was to be paid on arrival of entertainers and to accommodate them with a medium size table with 2 chairs for their supplies. All said was done. By this date, 7/*/13, three conversations were had between myself and company to verify date and items I needed to provide for things to go smoothly. Coincidentally, the snow cone operator questioned me about the ice I was to provide him with (to my surprise of course). I immediately called their office to find some explanation as to why I was not told this before. The young man who attempted to solve my problem preceded to tell me, after I told him I was unaware and what was I to do now, offered his "logics to the situation" told me to "go to my corner store and get some ice". I replied with letting him know I was not looking for his logical solution but how the company was going to deal with, what I was certain of, their error. To say the least, that conversation did not end on a positive note but reluctantly, I had the ice purchased because I had guest waiting for snow cone in the 90 degree whether. Shortly after the operator told me he was having no success with the machine and admitted to me this was his first time working the machine and the training that he receive was verbal, short and offered no specifics for troubleshooting if necessary. Out of the four bags of ice I bought we receive three cones. My guest were disappointed and I was annoyed after dealing with the customer service representative who behaved as though he had no customer service skills. I called a few days later to speak to a manager but of course the manager '[redacted]' was not available. I was told he would call me back and its been two week. I called today 7/**/13 to ask for an invoice and the contract. The young lady [redacted] said she would email it to me. I was also charged $350 and not the original balance that I was told of over the phone when I paid the deposit. My primary complaint was of a defective product but in addition I ended up with the following: sales presentation misrepresented the service, sales presentation that had verbal representation not consistent with written agreement, sales representation that failed to disclose key conditions to the offer, sales presentation that did not disclose complete pricing information. I also did not receive an invoice or contract as was to be provided prior to date. I was later told they did not have the correct email address.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like the refund of the snow cone purchase, $125 and the $26 that I was reluctant to pay in cash before the performance could begin. An apology is also necessary.

Review: I booked this company as entertainment for my sons birthday party . On the contract it stated a 70 dollar tip is recommended but not mandatory . The show I may add was ok but not spectacular I was.going to give a tip but what I felt I should give . The lady became. Angry and said the company still start letting the customers know that it's no optional because this is how they make their. Money the set amount goes to the company and she works very hard with no pay at times. I had to go and sing happy birthday to my son so I just walked away and wasn't going to. Argue with her as I'm walking away she yells you keep it you need it more than me , I called the company the next morning to make a complaint and [redacted] was just as rude calling me a liar saying my mother pushed this lady and cursed in her face which was false he at all did not want to hear my story after I paid him and his company money he treats me with such disrespect .
