I called to resolve this matter with Mrs*** and left a message at their home on 11/7/ The $fee in question has been refunded 11/7/to the credit card it was originally charged to This will take 5-days for processing on the credit card company
I have called Mr*** and left a message to resolve this situation 7/19/ Unfortunately a drain valve that is approximately 3-4' (below the frost line) is not closing and will need replacement This valve was installed by others below the frost line which makes it impossible
for it to be a result of freeze damage Realistically this valve should not have been installed in this situation as they have a high failure rate When we winterized the system on 10/20/this valve was opened to drain the water out of the system per winterization practice This valve most likely failed when it was exercised that day but was undetectable until the water was turned back on 6/17/ I am happy to help Mr*** get resolution to this situation but do not feel it is our responsibility to do this work at no charge as there are no warranties as we did not install the system, and had to use this valve to drain the line back to the water meter
Professional Irrigation Systems as requested has rerouted any piping that was in question by Mr. [redacted]. I [redacted]Operations Manager) have personally met Mr. [redacted] at his home to discuss the issue and have followed up with him once work was completed to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction. I have not heard from him since repair was completed but did leave Mr. [redacted] my cell phone number to contact me in the event there is anything that needs further attention.

I am rejecting this response because: though one or two phone calls are a response and I was unable to answer them at the time, I have made a number of return calls and...
have not received one call back. I am dissatisfied with the way this business is handling the problem.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to add that this business should improve its customer service. After making a number of phone calls over several weeks we did not receive an adequate response from the manager Mr. [redacted]. That is why a complaint was filed at the Revdex.com. I was later told by Mr. [redacted] the company had lost a customer service employee and was operating this area with temporary personel. He said this problem should be rectified very soon.Again, I am satisfied satisfied with the correction to the sprinkler system problem and plan to continue doing business with this company.
