Professional Inground Pool Service

I have used this business for a couple of years now with the opening and the closing. 2019 I was changed $450 for an opening that had the cover off and the pool mostly clear. When I questioned the owner he stated my pool was black and he could not see past the 2nd step and there were leaves in the pool which was a false statement. I also questioned him where did you put the leaves.
I pulled the two previous years which was between $250 - $260 and sent them to him and I asked him could he have me mixed up with another house he stated no and that is what he charges. 2018 I had a new multi port that was $250 installed along with the pool opening and the total cost was only $530.
