I apologize for the communication issue We lost a valuable employee who ran our office to retirement and have not been able to find a replacement as of yet We have a crew at Dr***'s pool todayWe began the work prior to receiving this complaintThe pool should be up and
running in a matter of days once pool is filled

First of all Mr. [redacted] is correct our communication [redacted] in this matter and is something we are striving to be better at in the future.  We have installed the safety cover to Mr. [redacted]' satisfaction prior to seeing this complaint.  To answer his inquiry about [redacted] (the manufacturer)...

not having a record of the order; in our industry we are required to purchase from a distributor or through a buying group. We purchase our supplies from a distributor.  The order would have been tagged with their name not ours.  Hopefully that explains this matter.  If there is any other information I may provide, please let me know.  Thanks.
