This is the first notification from the Revdex.com that we have received regarding this complaint. I immediately made a phone call to...

the customer, and apologized for the issue. I informed her there was no charge for the work that had been done, and that I would personally complete the project, if she so desired. A note has been made in our computer system to not let that particular technician back on any future work. I cannot apologize enough for this issue, and for the response she received when she called with a complaint. Both individuals have been made aware of the situation, and of problems their actions caused. Please let me know if there is any other action we can take to resolve this issue.

[redacted], the general manager, called to rectify the situation. He apologized and tried to make things right. Even though it was the owner of the company who responded to me with such callousness, I accepted [redacted]'s apologies and will use only him from this day forward. I am satisfied with his concern expressed with the phone call.
