I am rejecting this response because: I paid $for the coupon, which was supposed to be worth $worth of food up until the expiration date After the expiration date I should have been able to use the coupon for the $I paid, but they would not honor it My bill was about $ They DID tell me that I should have ordered $worth of food, but I showed them the coupon, and NOWHERE on that coupon does it say I would have had to order $worth of food in order to use my $credit They still insisted Am enclosing a copy of the coupon I challenge them to show me where it states I must order !worth of food in order to use my $on the expired coupon The law in California states that the amount paid for the coupon is good for years after the expiration date No strings attached

I have spoken to the server on duty that day regarding the situation, and we honored the coupon but in order to honor the coupon the order must be $before taxI am sorry for the misunderstanding Please explain to the customer that I will take care of the situation to the best of my ability
