I bought a 2010 *** and I was driving it down the road and went to brake at a stop sign and couldn't stop sending me through the intersection which was pretty scary I tried the emergency brake and even that didn't work! I brought it to a garage to find out it had rotted brake lines and no emergency brake hardware in the vehicle at all. Two days prior the mirror on the passenger side fell off during the first 60 miles I was driving the car, it was totally corroded and wasn't attached by anything but suction. When the service engine light came on, I called the dealer and he said put some brake fluid in it, so I did and it didnt help. I contacted the dealer and told him what happened. He said he wanted to get it back to his garage and if he had to he would drive it. But its illegal to drive it with no brakes and on my insurance so I told him it had to be towed. I told him I was willing to give him back the vehicle for a full refund and he said "thats not how things work." He later agrees to have the garage fix it that I brought it to and tells me he will send me a check for the work even though I told him to pay the garage because I didn't have the money to pay them. He insisted I pay the garage and he will pay me back. Two months have past and he keeps telling me "I'll pay you when I can I'm so broke, I don't have a credit card, I will when I can" After the garage fixed the repairs and sent the bill to me and I sent it to him then he said ill buy the vehicle back after it was fixed but I dont know how if hes "broke" I'm still waiting for the amount of 483.46 and hoping he will stand by his word.

Thank you for bringing this concern to my attention. I have agreed to reimburse *** for the repairs he stated. Unfortunately I have tried to call him many times to arrange payment. He has not accepted my calls. If you could kindly notify him I am ready to pay him or the shop, what ever he would like. As always we want our customer happy. Thank you Revdex.com For being a mutual third party in this dispute. I do not accept response as resolved to complaint due to failure to follow through. That said, He put in writing that he is willing to make payment. Which he said 4 months ago also and im still waiting. He did not try to contact me multiple times I have had the same phone number and no calls from him. Last he said to me was "he got bed letters and were going to court" on February 23. I've patiently waited for him to make payment and I've yet to recieve payment therefore the issue is UNRESOLVED still. He is selling vehicles on *** from a different address now and uses the facility ID of a different auto sale place in a different town which isn't legal and he is a wholesale dealer only and isn't allowed to sell to private parties. I don't know how he gets away with all this but I pray he will do the right thing. Until then issue is still unresolved until payment is made that he agreed to in writing. Very unprofessional for a business that has Professional in the name of his "company"

Spoke to the business. He claims a check went out on Monday. The customer should have it any day.

The car I bought, 2006 Subaru Forester, the hood will not close properly, the trunk will not open, also the glove compartment and the drivers side window shake, the passenger window will not go up all the way. Also I have not been able to go and get a dienotic (sik), do to I am afraid to take it on the thruway, do to the hood may come off

I tried to contact the business and was told after March 5, I could set up an appointment to see if we could resolve some of the issues.
