This company manufactures the Rota-dent powered tooth brush.
I purchased one from my dentist because it came with a life time warranty for as long as I own it.
I have the original box that states this and have had problems with the unit in the past.
The problems weren't an issue prior because I had a lifetime warranty.
Recently, I called the 800 number because the unit stopped working again.
I was told that because the replacement unit that was sent the last time was only warranted for two years I had no life time warranty any longer.
The unit that was sent to me the last time was the replacement for the life time warranty unit.
I believe that this company is falsely advertising to its consumers about its warranty.
I was told by the person in charge that the legal department approved this.
I asked to speak to the legal department and was told that no one else was available to speak to.
I don't believe that the Revdex.com should give this company a high rating because the consumer reviews and relies on this rating.
I truly believe that this company should be made to honor its warranties.
I would not recommend this Rota-dent to my worst enemy and shame on this company for it's practices.
