I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] on this issue,explaining to him that we do not have any account in his name at Professional Debt Recovery Services llc. He was to call us back when he got home so he might be able to go over his records ( that was a week ago), we have not had his return call, and have...

been leaving messages on his voice mail to call back to help him resolve this matter. I did let him know that there is another Agency in the area --  Professional Service Bureau -- and if this might have been them. He was uncertain when I spoke with him the nature of the debt. If he does call I will be more then happy to help him resove his issue, by getting him to the corrent Agency handling his bill.
