Well that thrust is I never approach this home Horner too Fer reseal patio I Oslo explains to him the risk of reseal a patio when you don now what sealer Was used before, and he was ok whit that, also he said he give the money dollars to one of my helpers but he never did, there was another
construction crue working by and I now he didn’t give it to us, and ther is nothing fishy about it how come he give me the check, we take pride of what we do and our reputation and integrity spoke for it self, and that Oslo why we don’t reseal patios as part of the business a less someone ask and is ok whit the risk atte Jesus

I am rejecting this response because: it does not resolve any of my complaints/ concerns. Owner, [redacted], never told me the risks with coating my patio. He told me it will look a lot better, but not new. He never mentioned that his product would only last weeks. Also, patio was never properly cleaned. This could be why product did not adhere to my patio. I demand a refund of $300.
