Review: I brought my laptop computer to this office for repair after it crashed. After keeping it for 3 weeks they tried to extort another $146.50 from me claiming I authorized them to replace my hard drive with a new one. I already paid them $217.25 and did not authorize the added costs. Nothing was fixed.

He never told us about the $100 was for two hours only. after 2:00 we charge us $50.00. Never gave us copy of the contact. They call us and want to charge move on 10/**. I pick my computer without fixing the virus. I have to pay $108.00Desired Settlement: They should give a contact to the customer when dropping a computer. I have paid $108.00, I want half the money back. they just Initiating hard drive text for 1:00 hour and RAM test for 15 minutes. The job was not completed
