I have a PBS designed modular home Their design did not include adequate support under the first floor and the area around my front staircase "fell." They requested that I document the issue, which I did both with a written description and photographs They have not responded

We purchased a modular home from pbs it was set May 4th We have several issues that have not been resolvedIt is now December and they will not even respond to the issuesSince May 4th we have continually heard from the modular set contractor that they will be here in weeksNo one has yet to show upWe cannot get any return calls from pbs,, Suncrest homes in gray Tennessee was are modular set contractor and representative for pbs and we can get no resolution from them also in these seven months
