My complaint with Professional Auto Stereo & Security has been resolved. I would like to take no further action

Review: I had a stereo installed in my car. I was told that it would retain Ford Sync and my Ipod would work on it. Although, they promised to fix the device to fix sync which was faulty, I learned after paying that my Ipod would not work (which had nothing to do with the sync error) and that even after the sync device was fixed, I still would not be able to use sync on my ipod. After installing my stock stereo myself I learned that the installer did not do a good job and did not reconnect other devices such as a 12v socket and my lighting which was all stock. The product did not do what I was promised. The next day they did not accept a return because the receipt said so. All I asked for was a refund for the stereo alone. The stereo was sold for $900 and the install kit he said was $115. I offered to return both just for the proce of the stereo which was $900.Desired Settlement: I payed $1,180 for the install. I only desire the refund for the stereo which is $900. It will be returned with the kit.
