Review: I broke my wrist and had 3 surgeries playing in a semipro soccer game on 1/18/2013 with medical papers as proof. The commissioner of the league ([redacted] M[redacted] ) made all 18-24 players from 50+ teams pay 50$ Per player for insurance that he refused to use. He said it was at his discretion weather or not to use the insurance rather he would pay out of his pocket for my injury. I have yet to receive full payment from him over a year and 4months later to go along with that I have lost half the motion in my wrist due to my injury and not having the insurance pay for the proper physical therapy since I could not afford to pay out of my pocket. I wonder where all that money he got from all the players went because if he doesn't use the insurance we paid for where did all the money we paid go? It sounds like fraud to me.Desired Settlement: I want full payment that he owes due to my injury over a year ago

Our league policy had too many claims and was on the verge of being cancelled. I have been paying Mr. [redacted] out of my pocket for the past year. He just received another $100.00 payment on Wednesday April 23rd 2014. This is not a regular medical policy, but a secondary personal accident policy that is for individuals without insurance, or can be used a excess towards policy's that do not cover anything. Mr. [redacted] had medical insurance, and was able to submit a claim for excess medical. The adjusted amount that he was owed is about $1,700.00, which about $1,050.00 has been paid to date. He is owed $650.00 as of today, and will continue to receive payments, until he is paid in full.
