Professional Adjusters

The contractor was awarded the contract to fix my roof and other damages on 3/14/2019 The contractor was paid by *** my insurance agency. $24,788.48 dollars. The contractor has not completed the job, and whenever I contact them to come and complete the remaining items at my property, they tell me we will come next week and never come. For an example: they order a storm door for my house in August from ***s, fail to pick it up.the merchant contacted me though mail on October 9, 2019 to pick up the merchandise or it would be returned, I contacted them to pick it up, they never did, I had someone pick up the door for me. On November 18,2019 two ladies came to my resident to install the door., which took them all day, and the door wasn't install correctly, I was told they would come back the following day, they never returned. I don't even have the key to my door that was install incorrectly, to have someone fix it. This is now December 4,2019 my door still isn't installed correctly, I also informed them that so parts of my roof is missing items, they never addressed it. My garage light that they installed stop working they never address that as well. They are the worse contracts I have every hired. They should be put out of business.

Company was contracted to complete roofing and siding on our home for 13668.06 and did not complete the services. The Ventilation fan was never installed, siding remains exactly as it was before the contract and there are visible gaps in the chimney work.
I have tried contacting the company but the numbers are either disconnected or go to voicemail and no one calls back.
I tried going to the business but am unable to find it.

I hired Professional Adjusters for an insurance claim after trying my self with the insurance and not been able to get an approval, they represented me and now my house has a new roof, I did not had to so anything just hired this professional team. Very good communication!!
