I had used these guys to take out a few trees last year and they were great. This time however I'm eft having to sue them for an incomplete job and damages to one of our company vehicles. Having to settle for small claims court with a limit of $20,000.00 dollars but I'm going for the max. They dropped a tree on one of our escort vehicles valued at $13,000.00 dollars that will cost $16,000.00 dollars to fix so that leaves it totalled out. Another $7,000.00 to have someone come out and finish the job they were supposed to do and cover some of the lost income from losing the vehicle. Their insurance is worthless have tried filing a claim with them and have not gotten a response nor interest in settling the claim. My advice at this point is stay away from these guys. Shane Cox the owner couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. I have a 127 page investigation on them right now and I still can't verify where he lives nor where his business is actually registered to. Over all we will never use nor recommend them.

I called Shane one Saturday morning to report a large oak tree had fallen from my yard onto my neighbor's houseHe said he'd be here in a couple of hours and he was , with a crew! After giving a satisfactory estimate and it being accepted, they started to work (in the rain)They carefully cut and cleared the tree from the roof without damaging the pool equipment and A/C unit belowThis took about hoursThey returned on Monday and resumed cutting the remainder of the treeThis took up most of the dayOn Tues and Wed they loaded up the debris and hauled it away

They do what they say, when they say they will do it . Highly trained on correct pruning procedures. Hard working and they get the job done efficiently and carefully. I care tremendously about my acre of native trees and there is a "right way" to go about evaluating what should stay and what should go for the health of the remaining trees and these guys know their subject matter very well. Big dead trees are difficult to remove without ruining everything around them and these guys are methodical and careful in their work. I could tell they had an overall game plan and they had the manpower and the equipment to do the job right and disturb minimally what trees are to remain. My job required a lot of manual removal so as to not drive heavy equipment over the roots of my 150 year old post oaks or my other native trees marked to remain. They know what they are doing--each man on the team--and I am so appreciative. I will be recommending them to friends. Also, they have good hearts--just good people. They just want to grow their business and treat the customer right.
