Review: I've been going to professionail for about 4 years never had a problem myself, I even had friends who complained about their service but I never experienced it myself until about 2 months ago. I went to get my normal fill and when the lady filed my nails she cut me. I told her and she just said sorry and continues. Then I went 3 weeks later took off my acrylic nails and asked only for gel mani because my fingernail where they cut me last time was still bothering me. I told the lady and she just said it’s because I kept messing with it. Then 2 weeks passed by my nail still was bothering me I decided to take off the gel myself and noticed I had pus and my nail was very damaged. I went to my Doctor and he told me I indeed had fungus in my nail due to uncleanness of the tools used. I’m pregnant and unable to use any medication to cure the fungus in my fingernail this has caused me a lot of anxiety and embarrassment because in my profession that’s the first thing my customers look at my nails when I’m helping them. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and unprofessionalism they have showed. I will not be going there anymore and I will tell all my friends and family not to go there as well.
