Review: I ordered the "Pro-Temp MHP Electric Moist Heat Pad" from the website [redacted] on February 24, 2013. I received a confirmation email after purchasing it on thier site but never received my product. When I use the link provided in the email to "track my package" it leads me to a page that has the order confirmation number without any tracking information! The money for this product has been withdrawn from my account. I have contacted the company several times via email and by phone, that are provided on their website. This leads me to an answering service recording and without resolution. Additionally, I have realized the company's website indicates they are located in "[redacted]" meanwhile there is no such place, because it is "[redacted]."
