I purchased an item and noticed that it was damaged when I got home. Without removing any of the original packaging I attempted to go back to the store and exchange the item. I was treated very poorly and the store refused to do any sort of exchange. I was helped by a female employee who claimed she was the manager. I began recording the conversation between the employee and I. The employee said she was not the manager and only an employee and would call the cops. I was not seeking a refund just an exchange in item.

The following day I was contacted by a supervisor who said come to the store to solve the issue. I arrived at the store to find out that his attitude was worst than the employee. I was distraught. I was infuriated due the fact that I had to take more time out of my day to come and get insulted by the so called supervisor.

This has been my worst experience and I don’t recommend anybody shop at this store.

The employees were also not wearing mask during our visit. I will be reporting this matter with the Revdex.com and the state regarding the misconduct with the employees and the violation of not wearing a mask.
