Review: This company has made repeated calls to my place of employment demanding I call them back in 3 hours. I have called them back, spoke to a person named [redacted] who would not tell me the nature of his call. I advised this person [redacted] of this company that they are no longer allowed to contact my office to speak with me. [redacted] made personal threats and attacks to me verbally on phone, stating I was going to get fired, a Judge would be signing off on my arrest warrant that day, the police were coming to get me at my office. [redacted] wanted me to tell him my Social Security Number and my Date of Birth. I refused on both accounts and advised [redacted] that his company may only contact me via mail. [redacted] refused to tell me what the matter was for that his company keeps calling me about. I want this harassment to stop.Desired Settlement: This company, if a Debt Collection agency has violated the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACTAs amended by Public Law 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009 (Sept. 30, 1996).I have yet to receive any information from this company regarding this matter they keep harassing me at my place of employment. If this is indeed a valid debt, this company needs to notify me via writing. If not, they must cease and desist contacting me.
