Prodigy Mortgage

Review: Prodigy Mortgage assisted me with my mortgage. I am owed $700 dollars from Prodigy as a result of my overpayment from the mortgage transaction. I have emailed and phoned multiple times to [redacted], who is the owner of Prodigy Mortgage. I have been told numerous times that the check will be in the mail but never received anything. Currently, [redacted] is not answering my calls or emails and does not respond to any of my communications. I have various proof stating that he owes me $700.Desired Settlement: I would like to settle this matter by receiving a certified check for $700.
