My 92 yr old Mother was subjected to extremely rude, inappropriate verbal abuse by an employee named Sue at Procuts Salon South Dennis MA on 12.14.19. When I went to report the offense to the front desk staff, Sue aggressively charged toward us and started yelling incoherently in front of 10 plus people present. No action was taken to stop the harassment we were being subjected to. When the regional manager Cheryl finally returned my call after my numerous attempts, she knew nothing of the altercation. When I stated I wanted to write a formal letter of grievance against Sue to the Procuts owner, Cheryl flat-out refused to provide any contact information for me to do so. She stated it would be handled internally & that Sue would NOT be fired. This incident caused tremendous stress and upset to both my elderly mother, a regular customer, and myself. The revolting, dismissive response I received from the management-Cheryl, the individual responsible for this businesses'actions, is unacceptable, irresponsible and disgusting. Fact is we were verbally abused, harassed & publicly humiliated by her paid employee in a customer service business! This vile mistreatment of the elderly is cause for action against Sue. The owner needs to made aware to properly address Sue blatant ignorance and appalling conduct toward customers. The regional manager, Cheryl also needs to be educated on how to run an ethical customer service business and be accountable. A disgusting display of utter incompetence was a clear violation of our basic human treatment and rights. That I take seriously.
