Worst service ever. I was in tears at midnight on the night before Thanksgiving because I had a flooded basement, smoke and burnt residue in my house and an emergency situation that Bill H[redacted], owner of ProCut Home Improvements caused and ultimately just left me to deal with.
He claimed he could raise my sunken living room floor, move the baseboard heat, brick up my fireplace and put down new flooring. We signed a contract and he said it would take 4 days to get it all done. I paid him 60% deposit to start. It was over 10 days (with a few no-shows) and finally I had to FIRMLY ask him to leave as he obviously was in over his head on moving the baseboard heating: he started multiple fires in my home, filled it with smoke, flooded the basement and cut into several support beams as well as ripped and burned insulation. I had to call a plumber for emergency help as my boiler room was filling with water and Bill said he could not stop the flooding that he caused by cutting the pipes and doing about 12 different soldering points.
My home is now is worse shape and I am going to spend a fortune having all of this REDONE. This is the WORST contractor experience I have ever had. He started late, didn't communicate, was offensive and invasive. He went in my kitchen and just helped himself to food without asking. This is all so crazy sounding but please take my warning as this guy has wound up damaging my home and costing me a fortune. Don't let him and his carefully doctored reviews and online presence fool you too!
