Proctor Marine Ltd

We had our boat winterized and stored this past season by Proctor Marine in Simcoe, ON. When we launched the boat for the first time, the motor quit and left us stranded with our dog in the Port of Goderich Fortunately, a sailor towed us back to the dock. .We bought a pump at a hardware store and used a garden hose to remove all the fuel in the tank. When we got home from the long weekend we contacted Proctor Marine and they denied any responsibility and offered no support. This was very poor customer service. Their boat servicing left us stranded out on the water with the dog, creating a very stressful experience. I would like others to be aware of this. Thank you.
