[redacted] did not send you the back of the agreement showing her signature.  Please read #5 & 7.  We priced these lamps according to average E bay prices.
We never agree to give a customer a specific amount. We can't guarantee what items will sell for.  The price for her lamps...

started at $99. each.  One sold for that price and she received 54.45 for the sale of the first one (55%).  The next two were decreased by 20% each (according to our agreement) and she received $41.25 for each of them.  This came to $136.95.  We  acually gave her $150. In an effort to please her.  I offered to give her another $37.50 to please her but she refused.  We cannot pay out more than we receive. 
We treated this customer like we treat them all, with respect.  Everyone else is happy with our consignment agreement, which is the most generous in our area.
